So, currently it's the sixteenth in Japan oui? Which means that the band メロウ [MELLOW] is playing their last live tonight. It's their "First and Last Oneman" and I figured thatto give me an excuse to babble about them more in order to honor their disbandment I'd do an unofficial official rotation (since I've been bad about it since coming back to school anyway).
Basically~ this is メロウ's discographymissing only one track from their latest coupling CD with 秋葉原少年団☆電脳ロメオ [akihabara shounen dan☆dennou ROMEO]. Which I'll be looking for anyway when I pimp this rotation hither and yon. It hath been discovereth-ed. >.>

メロウ [MELLOW], not to be confused with メロ [MELLO], a very different band with a similar name, was formed in 2005. If you've looked at each member's history, メロウ seems to be the first professional project each was involved in - before forming メロウ, almost every member (excepting guitarist 和将 [Kazumasa]) was a roadie to a fairly well-known band. Interestingly, if you look at each member's personal style, it actually reflects the style of the band they used to work for in one way or another.
Stylistically characterized as oshare, and looking at the picture provided - which shows their most recent outfits - you might expect them to sound a lot different than they do. Oshare really just characterizes an aesthetic style and not a sound, but many seem to forget that - メロウ's sound tends to be a little heavier than the stereotype of the "oshare" sound, though.
Even beyond the music, though, which I love, I'm absolutely addicted to all their blogs, namely the one belonging to the vocalist 康和 [Yasukazu]. One day he decided to answer all his fanmail in blog form and had over 150 entries for that day. He tends to blog 8-15 entries a day typically and photo-documents basically his entire life. They're just so likable that I'm worried their blogs are going to go down after they disband and they'll disappear into obscurity like so many bands do.
Anyway, on to the music, listed in reverse chronological order starting with their most recent maxi-single. Everything's up on SendSpace, but I can re-up on different servers if you want. They've had only two official releases and the rest have all been tracks off omnibuses/coupling CDs:
